Can I modify or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been fulfilled and shipped. Please double-check your order before completing the purchase, as the fulfillment process begins as soon as possible once an order is placed. If you need to change the shipping address, please work directly with the carrier to arrange your package to be held for pickup.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Our products primarily ship from the United States, so after fulfillment, domestic orders using economy shipping will typically arrive within five to eight business days. However, depending on the end destination and stock availability, we may ship from other locations, which can affect delivery times. Estimated economy shipping times outside of the U.S. are six to eighteen business days, and can be impacted by customs in the destination country. Your estimated delivery timeline will be displayed when you place your order.
